BSG Spring Skills School April 2024.

Join our expert tutor, Nicky Fuller for two days of enhancing your sugarcraft skills in a friendly and social atmosphere creating "Sunny Days", a carved cake and model.

Have you ever been asked to carve a cake? Don't know where to start? Need improvement? Then this skills school is for you! Running from Saturday 27th to Sunday 28th April at the Barbanell Conference Centre, Stafford, ST16 3DA under Nicky's guidance you'll learn how to use templates to carve your cake. This course is suitable for all levels of experience.

Overnight accommodation is not included but is available at the Barbanell - Single B&B £50, Twin B&B £70.
