Annual Members’ Meeting (AMM) Notice to all members
Nominations are invited for two National Committee members and five Area Coordinators to serve for a two year period. The closing date is 31st July 2026. Nomination forms may be obtained by contacting nationaloffice@bsguk.org.
There will be a Special Members’ Meeting (SMM) on Saturday 3rd October 2026, commencing at 10.30am to update the Constitution. This will immediately be followed by the AMM.
Any member – Branch or individual – may attend the meeting in person or by Zoom.
Motions or proposals should be submitted to nationaloffice@bsguk.org by 15th August 2026 for inclusion in the AMM agenda.

All members receive our quarterly membership magazine direct to their door. If you’re not a member you can buy back copies in our shop.
